What is CCC and what does it deal with?

 

Sometimes in your career you face personal competitive battles. Sometimes you know you can reach goals but have lost track of the road taking you there. Even the brightest of professionals can experience that their careers come to an unexpected and misunderstood halt or slowdown. With the right resources, these periods can become a turning point towards new success and growth.


The Client Centred Coaching-style is unique and makes progress out of a very individual interaction between clients and the mentoring coach. The progress is rapid and CCC is built on a basic structure which is scientific in nature, and distilled from working with hundreds of clients eager to grow and learn.


In seven dynamic stages, it guides clients through a journey of self-discovery and personal growth.


CCC is:

 Fast-track: As most clients are high level professionals in         very busy jobs responsible for large budgets, they have no         time to waste. It is important to respect that clients know they     can do much better but don’t understand why they aren’t;
No-nonsense: Being psychology based, potential clients tend     to be slightly wary. CCC attracts clients who have built a             good career and have done so through a  no-nonsense             professional attitude; they find the same attitude in CCC,         creating a fruitful and productive ground to work on;
Results-focused: Expectations can be high; CCC is                        potentially a one-off life changing experience. Most clients         have experienced a major breakthrough during the period         they took CCC.
To the point: The approach is direct and sometimes                      confrontational; it’s what works fastest.
Goal-oriented: From the beginning targets and a high goals         are set, and then the best and fastest route towards those         goals is chosen.
Pragmatic: CCC is sober and direct; there are no frivolities,          no woolly dreamy stuff.
Client centred:  Starting with the client as a successful                 professional. Even though things may not be going well or         well enough when clients seek CCC, they all have achieved     successes, they are competent and have talents;
    CCC starts from these positive premises
.
“Me the theory, you the practice”: CCC clients needn’t                 worry about any theory. Tried and tested scientific theories         and practices are used but not taught. The focus is on the          client’s way of working.


The absence of the classic safety nets of standardised programmes, energy-draining fill-out-forms and stiff procedures makes this approach exciting and gives clients a sense of freedom.


CCC provides input when there is:

 

o    Ambition for career development:clients are ambitious,         but understand they might not make it on their own alone.         Some clients feel they are at a dead end, stuck in a rut, or         they see an opportunity to climb much higher than where         they are now.
o    Hunger for personal development: Learning and growth         are very personal experiences. Sometimes the need for             input is urgent and standard programmes not the right             individual answer.
o    Crisis and conflict: Whether it is a human crisis or a                 business crisis, whether it is a recognised or hidden crisis,     whether it is a crisis in the making or one that has fully burst.     Conflict is an important source of stress and keeps                     employees from working. The management have a                     responsibility in every conflict; they also hold the key to             solving the conflict.
o    Competition: professionals aim to climb up the ladder,             which means competing against peers; like in all                         competition it is crucial to find the right advisors and                 coaches to help you secure the best win.


A minimum of advice and support can unblock and lead to life-changing breakthroughs, even in a very short amount of time. The point is to introduce this input in a pragmatic, results focused manner, sculpted towards the needs and professional realities of clients.
